Camping Villamar Site Fees – Whats Included?

The annual site fees for 2022/2023 are €4.849,98 and this is paid in 2 x 6 monthly installments in January & July. The site fees cover 2 people staying on the plot. Additional people will pay a daily fee (dependant on the time of year). Included in the site fees are the communal charges, water rates, TV connection & taxes.

Electric, Gas & Water

Electricity for each plot is currently charged at 0.44€ per kw. In basic terms – without using an air-conditioning unit and with reasonably efficient appliances, electricity charges per day should not go above 1.00€. If you’re using an air-conditioning unit you would see your daily charges exceed 2.00€ per day. Electricity is billed monthly.

Gas is supplied by the bottle. Gas can be purchased at the on-site shop or from a local supplier (such as a petrol station or DIY store) The gas bottle prices change with the current fuel price so these can range from 14€ to 17€ at any given time. Most caravans will only have a gas hob and oven so a bottle would likely last more than a month with regular use.

Water is included within the site fees so nothing to pay there!

Camping Villamar Location

Camping Villamar is located right in the hub of the area known locally as ‘Campsite Corner’. Campsite Corner is an area of Benidorm which has the largest number of Benidorm Campsites all clustered together in one location. This area is situated on the outskirts of Benidorm but as you can imagine (with there being a such a large amount of campers in one area) this area has bars, restaurants and supermarkets all close by. Some of the most poular Benidorm bars can be found in this location!

Benidorm is only a short bus journey or for the more adventurous – a 45 minute walk away. The number 10 bus service stops close to the campsite so getting out and exploring the local areas can easily be done and a car is not necessary.

The Campsite Community

All of the Benidorm Campsites are well known for their campsite communities but Camping Villamar has arguably the best. Most of the people that live on the campsite have done so for a number of years and those that own holiday homes, return year after year to enjoy their holiday home in the sun. Families have grown up using Villamar as their holiday base and the grown up children are now bringing their own children to enjoy holidays on this campsite.

You’re never alone on Camping Villamar and you’re never to far away from the next friendly chat.
